Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist employees with general questions, providing knowledgeable and timely support.
- Manage scheduling tasks
- Perform SAP data entry, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Represent the organization at career fairs to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Perform HR audits to ensure processes are compliant and accurate.
- Organize and support employee events to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Identify and implement efficiencies, with a focus on digital solutions, to streamline HR processes and improve overall productivity.
