Co-Op Learning & Development (Summer 2025)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Main project(s) will focus on organizing, preparing, and executing pre-scheduled leadership events
• Support with any global talent management initiatives through the year such as Career Day, Mentoring, Coaching and Feedback Tools
• Internal communications and promotion, including follow-up with participants, maintaining Teams channels, event set up and breakdown
• Coordinating in-person and virtual trainings (on site)
• Creating communications for department initiatives
• Administrative tasks such as reporting, presentation creation and data tracking
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/master’s degree in business or related field
• Must have good Computer skills and knowledge. (Especially Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Assertive approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritize
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  
  

Preferred:

• First-hand experience with Learning and Development related topics
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge
• Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge
