Your Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned project(s) over the course of a work term.
• Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction.
• Participants will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be pursuing an academic degree
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication ability (written &verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Assertive approach to solving problems
• Ability to prioritize
• The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty-five pounds
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
