Engineering Associate - Industrial Engineering

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with segment Manufacturing Planner Industrial Engineers to manage capacity planning effectively.
• Ensure optimal use of resources and adherence to production schedules.
• Spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of production technologies for new and existing products.
• Validate and implement innovative production solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive cost-saving projects by identifying and facilitating development opportunities.
• Evaluate current processes and propose improvements to achieve significant savings.
• Focus on improving production technologies to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase robustness.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support to production or production departments to enable seamless hand-over, training, and troubleshooting of production processes.
• Assist in resolving production issues and optimizing workflow for better productivity.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with production technologies and machine development
• Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
