Your Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Operation: Configure machines for production by setting up tools and parameters according to work order specifications. Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient and compliant production processes.
- Quality and Maintenance Support: Inspect manufactured parts, identify and remove defects, and support maintenance activities. Perform first-response troubleshooting and preventative maintenance using established checklists to maintain equipment integrity and prevent downtime.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and production protocols, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in daily team meetings to discuss assignments and implement job rotations.
- Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities within the work cell. Utilize problem-solving techniques to address issues, maintain personal training documentation, and ensure that the team meets daily goals in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in NXTs, MPMs etchers AOI/Xray and Conveyors
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Ability to follow instructions in English and operate basic manufacturing machinery.
- Good visual acuity and ability to lift medium-heavy objects when needed. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 28 pounds unassisted. Must be able to stand, push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, and stand for up to 12 hours.
