Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely generation of quotations in line with predetermined goals.
• Regularly oversee customer contract management to uphold target margins, ensuring prompt entry and processing of approved contract pricing.
• Sustain the quotation tracking system while conducting analysis on lost orders for further insight.
• Advocate for enhancements in Sales and Marketing Operations to boost functionality.
• Enhance and uphold internal systems relevant to pricing processes and their distribution.
• Steer the coordination of daily operational responsibilities with precision.
• Report and escalate issues to the Manager for resolution.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in pricing or related field
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient communication expertise
• Advanced computer proficiency
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and adept at prioritizing them efficiently
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Exhibits a positive attitude both individually and as a team member
• Knowledgeable in quality processes and root cause analysis
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
