- Develop and implement technical quality solutions to optimize production and assembly processes.
- Conduct and oversee quality checks and inspections of designated products or manufacturing processes.
- Make decisions regarding the blocking of suspect or defective parts or products, pending further review.
- Coordinate with management to address customer complaints and manage related costs.
- Manage and analyze customer warranty cases to determine root causes and corrective actions.
- Implement and verify the application and effectiveness of quality standards and initiatives.
- Support the preparation and conduction of internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service teams to initiate corrective actions.
- Create customer deviations for parts outside of standard.
- Assist the inspection department with quality equipment troubleshooting.
- BS-Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create technical concepts for quality optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
