SUMMARY :
Schafer Richardson, LLC (SR) has been recognized for planning, developing, and strengthening our communities through a full-service real estate experience since 1995. We provide quality investment, development, construction, leasing, and management services to our commercial and multifamily real estate portfolio.
The primary focus of the Legal Administrator is to provide administrative support to Schafer Richardson’s Legal Department as needed including securing, producing, updating, and performing housekeeping on organization-wide records, contracts, and documents as well as provide backup support to Schafer Richardson’s Office Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities : The job description below outlines primary responsibilities and is not intended to be all encompassing. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Legal Administration :
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as needed including maintaining organization-wide records, contracts / documents, and intellectual property.
- Perform legal research as assigned.
- Compose, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
- Recordkeeping / housekeeping of electronic and hardcopy filing of documents as needed.
- Assist team with closings including maintaining checklists, title search, etc.
