Die Setter Wages:
· Wages commensurate with experience
· Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
· Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
· Overtime may be required
Die Setter Job Description:
· Set all dies per Quick Die Change Procedures in the allowed time
· Adjust feeders
· Perform coil changes
· Put on scrap belts and size
· Work with parts conveyors
· Assist operators in the correct way to work on a specific job
· Document as required on all changes to setups
· Perform pre-stage as required
Die Setter Requirements:
- Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated
- Have excellent attendance
- Be a self-starter with good work habits
· Work in a safe and efficient manner including full lock-out / tag-out
compliance.
