Our client is actively seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their dynamic and growing team. This locally owned, responsive company focuses on providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children ages 2-18 diagnosed with autism.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions in individual and group settings.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior protocols.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) on your caseload.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS), and behavior plans.
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with families to reinforce programming.
- Engage in community outreach and build relationships with other professionals (therapists, psychologists, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards set by the BACB and state regulations.
What They're Looking For:
- BCBA Certification and experience delivering ABA therapy.
- Strong skills in parent education, supervision, and training of BTs.
- Experience with focused and comprehensive care models in home-based settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
