Property Manager
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM (Sundays & Mondays off)
Compensation: Salary Bonus

My client is seeking an experienced, proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a townhome community in Rock Hill, SC. This position involves maintaining the quality of the property, managing resident relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests to foster positive relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and policies to maintain community standards.
- Manage leasing activities, including renewals, rent collection, and tenant screening.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, property inspections, and lease agreements.
- Ensure property is compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the homeowners association (HOA) and attend meetings as required.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and controlling costs.
- Address emergency issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in residential communities.
- Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant local laws, leasing procedures, and maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and managing expenses.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
