As a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries. You will work closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance to customers.
Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring accurate data entry into the scheduling system.
Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, appointment confirmations, and post-service feedback.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Work closely with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling and workflow.
Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and ensure all records are up to date.
Promote dealership services, specials, and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold the companys reputation for quality care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (automotive experience preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
Valid Washington State drivers license is a plus.
