Role Description
This is a rare opportunity with a top agency for a full-time remote as an Independent Territory Salesperson based in North Florida. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a multi-line portfolio and working with diverse brands and retailers. Keys to success are to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store owners, and industry decision makers and the ability to identify opportunities and develop long-terms partnerships. Must possess good communication, sales, customer service, training, and sales management to drive revenue and growth in their designated territory.
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience in the gift, home decor, or related industries
- Presenting multiple brands directly to boutiques, gift stores, and other retailers.
- Strong understanding of market trends, product categories, and retailer needs will help aid in success.
- Familiar with trade shows, key accounts, and independent retailers
- Experience in using order management systems and digital catalogs
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
