What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach position at Schaumburg Athletic Association?
Schaumburg Athletic Association is seeking youth soccer coaches for a community based travel soccer club, SAA United. As a member of our coaching staff, you will have the opportunity to work with young athletes and help them develop their skills on and off the field. You will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, coaching competitive games, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience with at least their grassroots license, although D and higher is preferred. You should have a passion for working with youth athletes. We are looking for someone who is patient, encouraging, and committed to helping our players reach their full potential. Coaches are expected to be available during Monday-Thursday from 4-9:30 pm and for games on either Saturdays or Sundays.
