What You Will Do :
As a member of the team, you will share responsibility for the company's career channels (career site, job boards, microsites, external career platforms) and develop content related to recruitment and careers. With their team, you will help design and direct strategic company presence at / execution of hiring events. You will also collaborate with internal departments to develop creative and effective ways to address recruitment challenges.

As a Recruitment Marketing Solutions Analyst, you will :
Establish and execute the digitalized recruitment marketing campaign strategy across core social media platforms to attract the target audience and build proactive pipelines of top diverse talentAnalyze data to improve marketing results over time, identifying trends, and making adjustments to improve efficiencyDesign and update career site content and web pagesConnect recruiters with tools and resources to augment requisition-based sourcing effortsPartner with third party vendors to strategize and develop content, maintain automation processes and ensure a positive candidate experienceLead by example on social media, driving awareness to the company Careers site, social channels and more to attract top talentWhat You Need :
To be confident exploring and leveraging technology to promote the value of the company's talent brand1-2 years of total related experience in recruiting, marketing or a technical marketing discipline such as web or graphic design, TA tech implementationExperience partnering with multiple internal departments and third party vendorsStrong story telling skills including creative direction, copy writing, copy editing while complying with style guidelinesThe ability to stay organized and solve problems independently while utilizing constructive feedback from the broader teamMS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to interpret and present data visuallyBonus Points :
A degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related disciplineExperience writing in a brand voice and complying with brand style guidelinesExperience with Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), Content Management System (CMS) such as Talemetry / JobviteAdobe Creative Cloud training and / or expertise with graphic designData visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or comparable toolHTML / CSS and experience with content management system (CMS) administration
Google Analytics, Docs or Sheets certification
