What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard position at Scheck Hillel Community School?
Large private school in the Aventura area has an immediate opening for a full time security guard position. Responsibilities include: Campus protection duties, grounds inspection, campus access control, Patrol, traffic control, Mail inspection emergency response team member, ensure security related processes are being adhered to.
Qualified applicants will have experience providing campus security services, preferably in a PK-grade 12 environment. Must have a current D & G security guard license and a concealed weapons license. Previous military or police experience is preferred.
The work schedule is 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 6:30 am - 2:30 pm on Fridays. Overtime on an as needed basis. We offer salary commensurate with experience, benefits, and a generous Paid time off and holiday schedule.
