Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with craftsmen and shop foremen to meet production deadlines
- Read blueprints, takeoffs, drawings, or written specifications and consult with craftsman
- Ability to create plans and detailed drawings using Auto-CAD
- Create detailed, technical shop drawings of existing and new fixtures, cabinetry and casework
- Make changes to existing drawings to adapt to business needs
- Produce elevation drawings and isometric drawings for contractor use
- Use CNC router to manufacture parts required in production workflow
- Program drawings to run on the CNC router
- Perform routine maintenance on the CNC router
- Assist the Woodshop team in installing fixtures in various locations
- Travel to various stores to gather field dimensions for future projects
- Build fixtures and cabinets that are customized for particular spaces including accents and trim on time and under budget
- Set up, operate, and tend woodworking machinery such as drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and air-powered tools
- Finish all fixtures and cabinets through proper and safe means
- Load and unload trucks
- Pack and ready fixtures and cabinets for shipping
- Identify and recognize unsafe working conditions or work practices
- Use of both hands to complete woodworking and maintenance projects
- Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Internet, and email programs
- Ability to multitask
- Must be at least 18 years of age and an approved company driver; no Type A traffic violations in the last 3 years; 3 or more Type B driving violations or 2 or more at-fault accidents in a 3 year period are unacceptable

Education & Experience:
- 3 – 5 of related experience or training
- Associate’s degree in drafting or related field preferred
- Experience with Auto-CAD required
- Valid driver's license
