As a Digital Fishing / Outdoor Product Specialist, you will get to work closely with our buying office to partner on product launches, vendor dropship programs, identifying key trends, inventory planning, buying, etc. and uploading brand and product data to our website using all forms of digital media. You will be responsible for working within the team to build a world-class online shopping experience for all things fishing and outdoor activities. Responsibilities:
- Management of brands and specialty fishing and outdoor shops on scheels.com
- Collect, enter, and upload brand and product data from vendors to the website including images, copy, product specifications, and all forms of digital media
- Daily management of brand/category marketing efforts, pricing, promotions, and strategies
- Provide a strong understanding of retail systems, buying, and digital merchandising
- Work closely with our buying office to partner on product launches, vendor dropship programs, identifying key trends, inventory planning, and buying
- Remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details and strong initiative for continuous improvement
- Maintain a strong, proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
- Must be flexible to work 40 hours between the open office hours of 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Some customer service shifts will be required throughout the year and during the holiday season

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a related field and/or 2 years of retail, sales, e-commerce, or similar experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
