Responsibilities
Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Responsibilities
- Accurately manage a firearms log that is in compliance with all Federal laws and State Laws
- Efficiently manage all receiving and shipments of firearms
- Check and log 4473 forms daily
- Maintain a highly efficient and organized back stock
- Work with local groups processing banquet guns
- Train associates on proper 4473 procedures and maintain strict standards
- Perform monthly gun reconciliations while complying with internal audits
- Provide world class customer service by smiling and greeting all customers
- Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise
- Assist all customer inquiries regarding status of repair and special order firearms
- Attend required product meetings
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Publisher, Excel and Google Docs
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
