Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake and organization of graphic requests, coordinating asset delivery, and ensuring timely communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high visual and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store visual teams across our company to determine all graphic needs
- Communicate project status updates proactively and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with Graphics Project Managers to balance workloads and prioritize design requests
- Ensure all graphic needs are clearly defined prior to processing the orders to our graphic design team
- Assist in reviewing SCHEELS creative content and copy for accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues or questions related to graphic projects
- Manage project timelines, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements and deadlines
- Support team goals and contribute to the overall success of the department
- Learn and adapt to relevant software tools to manage and track projects efficiently
- Stay organized and maintain detailed records of all ongoing projects and tasks
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and quality
- Work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member

Education & Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of Marketing experience is beneficial, but not required.
- Retail experience is beneficial, but not required
