The Mid-Level Interior Designer will work collaboratively with senior designers and the Principal, assisting with design development, client communication, and project implementation. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of design concepts, schematic designs, and design development phases
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, punch lists, and correspondence
- Create drawings, finish schedules, and specification books required for permitting, design development, and construction documents
- Produce mood boards, sketches, and presentation materials to support design intent
- Assist with the selection of architectural finishes, materials, and furnishings in line with project goals and client expectations
- Support the management of project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines
- Contribute to creating and managing client furnishings budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial constraints
- Assist with digital and physical presentations for client meetings and design reviews
- Provide support to the design team to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in residential interior design
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey design ideas effectively
- Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate deliverables
- Team-oriented individual with strong relationship-management skills
- Exceptional time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Mac OS, and Google Sheets
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
