We have a diverse and wide-ranging client base, from credit unions, banks, and investors to commercial landlords. We have an excellent reputation and are well known in our industry. We will place a qualified candidate in either our Marin or Orange County office.
Who We Are Looking For : We are seeking an experienced litigator who can demonstrate the following experience :
- Three or more years experience in one or more of the following areas of law :
- Experience handling eviction and landlord-tenant trials from start through trial.
- Experience handling lender / creditor defense cases from start through trial (e.g., lender, creditor, or broker liability claims; and foreclosure defense cases).
- Experience handling real estate and business litigation matters from start to finish.
Knowledge and understanding of current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures (e.g., changes to the CA HOBR, non-judicial foreclosures per Civ. Code §2924 et seq, evictions pursuant to CCP § 1161, would also be helpful).
