Qualifications
- Experience in Water Resources Engineering, Land Development, and General Civil Engineering
- Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering design and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
