Schell Brothers is looking for an Architectural CAD Designer to join our growing team in the residential construction industry. This full-time position includes the following responsibilities:
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently and on time
- Collaborating with team members on design options
- Coordinating with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
- Preparing architectural designs
- Developing construction drawings
- Coordinating documentation for approvals and permitting
Requirements
- Residential and/or commercial design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to create interior and exterior renderings for marketing and presentations
- Knowledge of building codes
- Experience developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solving
- Positive, caring attitude

Education and Experience
