A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELECTRICAL DESIGN TECHNICIAN:
- Work collaboratively with a project team to produce electrical drawings using Revit under the direction of engineer(s) on a variety of projects. You won’t be bored as you’ll be working on concurrent projects in a variety of industries.
- You may also perform field surveys and need to maintain established CAD Standards.
- Due to your exceptional organizational skills, projects are always completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans.
- A minimum of three (3 ) years’ experience with proficiency in Revit is required
- Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design or Electrical Engineer E.I. is preferred
- Knowledge of procedures for production of design and construction documents
- Knowledge of electrical planning, drafting, and detailing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- You have current work authorization in the United States
