What do Enhancement Crew Members do?
Enhancement Crew Members work as part of a crew installing landscapes, hardscapes, and drainage for residential and commercial customers. Enhancement Crew Members play a vital role in providing our customers with the best experience possible by performing high quality work that meets the guidelines of Schendel and the expectations of the customer.
What are the position requirements?
- Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival.
- Experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to regularly stand, kneel or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds.
- Ability to project a professional image appropriate to the work environment and job responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from office.
- At least 18 years old
