What do Landscape Maintenance Crew Members do?
Landscape Maintenance Crew Members complete basic landscape maintenance tasks to properly maintain healthy and well-manicured landscapes for residential and commercial customers. Attention to detail ensures properties are maintained to specifications and left neat and clean. Landscape Crew Members play a vital role in providing our customers with the best experience possible.
What are the position requirements?
- Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival
- Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Above average physical stamina with ability to bend and twist repetitively and lift 85 pounds above the waist.
- Ability to learn and perform simple landscape techniques as directed by crew leader.
- Ability to project a professional image appropriate to the work environment and job responsibilities.
- Must be 18 years of age
- No experience is required for this position; training will be provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from office.
