What does a Mowing Crew Member do?
Mowing Crew Members mow and trim lawns for residential and commercial customers. Crew members safely and properly operate equipment, including but not limited to weed eaters, edgers, blowers, push/self-propelled mowers, and ride on/sit down mowers. Attention to detail ensure properties are mowed to specifications and left neat and clean. Mowing Crew Members play a vital role in providing our customers with the best experience possible.
What are the position requirements?
- Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival
- Experience: Experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to learn and safely operate different types of equipment: zero turn mower, self-propelled mower, weed eater, blower, etc.
- Ability to learn and execute proper mowing techniques to give a manicured look and not tear up customer turf or property
- Ability to project a professional image appropriate to the work environment and job responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from office
- At least 18 years old
