Position Description Summary : Support Information Systems database structure working closely with internal customers to gather specific data requirements and support over all system project scope in the capacity of Business Technical Advisor. Responsible for extracting, manipulating, and sorting sensitive data from various systems. Convert data into meaningful analysis for internal and external customers. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.) :
- Create ad hoc reports for internal and external customers where sensitivity and discretion is required to protect confidential information
- Audit and revise existing processes as necessary to better serve client needs
- Team with business units to develop and assess business processes for new and current customers
- Recommend enhancements to business practices and procedures to improve efficiencies and reduce expenditures
- Listen to and document internal and external customer needs
- Integrate current processes and procedures with external organizations and customers
- Strategic develop and implement business process migration plans
- Evaluate new technologies for possible use within business support and operations areas
- Train others on essential skills necessary to utilize business systems
- Facilitate and support all levels of management with problem definition and alternative assessments
- Translate high level business requirements into detailed system definitions and solutions
- Extract, analyze and manipulate internal data to meet the needs of our Customers and support special projects
- Identify and implement short and long term Corporate information or technology needs for our Customers
- Support Information Systems Project Management to develop, approach and expedite implementations
