Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts while managing an assigned territory. Having an understanding of aggerate gradation, knowledge of how projects are designed, planed and executed. Duties

• Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry.
• Promote and sell our range of construction materials, including sand, stone, and gravel.
• Provide expert advice on material selection for concrete construction projects.
• Generate leads, prepare bids, and close deals to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales roles, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
• Strong skills in cold calling and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
