What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Installation Crew Member position at Schepers Lawn Sprinkling?
Schepers Lawn Sprinkling is a well known and well-respected irrigation company servicing both residential and commercial systems throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. We pride ourselves on quality and efficiency, and utilize education and training with the latest in tools and equipment to give our team what they need to accomplish jobs well.
As an Installation Crew Member, you will be working with a team to install new irrigation systems for some of the best residential and commercial customers in the greater Grand Rapids area as well as other duties as needed. Additional duties could include things like restocking the truck and crew trailer with needed supplies and cleaning up/organizing around the warehouse at the end of the day.

- $18 - $20/hour paid weekly - rate depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Ability to do physical labor outside in all types of weather
- A valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
This position is a full time, seasonal position and is typically active from late March to late November, depending on what Michigan weather and work loads allow for. Average hours worked per week will be approximately 45 hours per week with more than average hours worked in the spring and early summer and less than average hours worked later in fall, with Saturday’s being worked on an as needed basis. Employees do not work on Sundays.
