Position Overview:
We’re hiring two full-time Summer Workers at our Brooklyn Park location. These are great roles for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and being part of a team.
Role 1 – Truck Helper:
Ride along with our delivery drivers and help unload materials including molding, boards, doors, and sash at customer sites. This is a physically active role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and interacting with customers.
Role 2 – Split Role (Truck & Production Support):
Split your time between assisting on delivery trucks and working in our production departments. Tasks include:

Ripping boards and prepping materials

Assisting with component assembly

Helping in the production of interior and exterior doors and working in our specialty shop
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions

Team-oriented and eager to learn

No previous experience necessary – we’ll train the right candidates
