Position Overview:
Scherer Bros. Lumber Co. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales – Contractor Sales professional to join our team in Western Wisconsin. This is a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening our relationships with contractors and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, a deep understanding of the contractor landscape, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients in the Western Wisconsin region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on growing our contractor sales segment.
- Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on building materials, products, and solutions to meet the unique needs of contractors and their projects.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, competitive pricing, and seamless service for clients.

Qualifications:
