Position Overview:
As a Siding Estimator, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and light commercial siding projects. You'll work closely with sales staff, contractors, and project managers. We use Bluebeam as our primary estimating software, so experience with it is preferrable.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate siding estimates using Bluebeam

Review blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery

Communicate clearly with customers and vendors as needed

Stay up to date on siding materials, trends, and code requirements
What We're Looking For:

2 years of estimating experience, preferably in siding or exterior building products

Proficiency with Bluebeam is preferred

Strong math and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Familiarity with residential construction processes
