Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement project plans
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Enforce project standards
- Forecast revenue and profitability
- Manage all quality assurance and change control processes
- Enforce site safety at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Joint Venture Partners, Owners, Business Manager, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors
- Attend, manage, and write meeting minutes of the Joint Venture Executive Meetings
- Provide organization, directions, and training of subordinate project team members
- Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
- Title needs to include PE License
