Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive sales market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring effective inventory control while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and forecast future sales trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance for upper management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably with Chrysler.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in retail math and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with inventory control processes and systems.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • A passion for driving results and leading a successful team.

Pay: $73,906.00 - $85,277.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
