Job Summary:
Schicker Ford of St. Louis is currently seeking a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our Quick Lane Team. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Maintain and schedule service appointments.
Timely and consistent follow up on each repair, frequently keeping customers informed of progress.
Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs, detailing problems found and pertinent information with customers.
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers; and perform an active delivery.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills
Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized and can manage time efficiently
Prompt, efficient and productive work manner
Energetic and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
All employees will be required to pass a drug screen and background check before hiring.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Automotive Knowledge Preferred But Not Required
Service Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Ford experience a plus!
Dealertrack/MyKaarma experience a plus!
