What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advertising and Merchandising Coordinator position at Schiffs Restaurant Service?
Schiff's Restaurant Service, Inc., a family run wholesale and retail business, is looking for an Advertising and Merchandising Coordinator to add to the team.
· Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials
· Assist in the implementation of a new app and App management of all digital coupons, user training, and user growth.
· Weekly merchandising sign management, design, and implementation.
· Weekly web content updates for all sales and sale flyers
· Weekly menu board messaging
· Manage fulfillment of all online orders, including packaging supplies coordination, shipping and packaging of all orders and maintaining inventory of all products. This does require lifting up to 70 pounds.
· Design a sale item program and implement it weekly.
· Assist in the development of flyers with all department heads
· Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
· Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use
· Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
· Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
