We are looking for this position to enhance our customer engagement, oversee digital marketing initiatives, including our app, and ensure our weekly sale items are effectively merchandised and promoted.

Position Overview:

The Loyalty and Digital Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media planning and execution, coordinating digital displays, and ensuring the successful merchandising of weekly sale items. As we complete the development of our new rewards app, you will be responsible for the launch; this app will focus on enhancing customer engagement, personalizing offers, and driving sales through digital rewards, promotions, and in-app experiences. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, customer engagement, and retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

· Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

· Website updates and maintenance

· Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional graphics

· Monitor engagement, respond to customer comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics

· Collaborate with in-store teams to capture and highlight new products, promotions,

and events

Weekly Sale Item Merchandising

· Work with department managers to ensure weekly sale items are properly displayed in-store and signage is compelling

· Develop signage and promotional materials to highlight featured products

· Monitor merchandising effectiveness and adjust as needed to optimize sales

Rewards App Development & Management

· Oversee the development and launch of Schiff’s Marketplace rewards app in partnership with tech vendors

· Define and manage the app’s features, including point tracking, digital coupons, and exclusive offers

· Ensure seamless integration with in-store POS systems and e-commerce platforms

Customer Engagement & Digital Promotions

· Design and implement loyalty campaigns, rewards tiers, and personalized offers based on customer shopping behavior

· Coordinate app-exclusive promotions and push notifications to drive in-store and online traffic

· Track user engagement, analyze app performance, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement

Digital Content & Communication

· Manage in-app content, including weekly sales, product highlights, and store updates

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align app promotions with social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays

· Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot app-related issues to enhance user experience

Data & Performance Analytics

· Utilize customer data to optimize promotions and improve app effectiveness

· Generate reports on customer participation, sales impact, and redemption trends

· Recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or retail merchandising

· Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing tools

· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software

· Experience managing digital signage or consumer-facing apps is a plus

· Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
