Position Requirements
At least two years of experience working in the landscape industry is REQUIRED.
Previous experience managing landscape crews is preferred.
Horticulture knowledge of plants and flowers.
Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED, with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standard.
Must be able to obtain a PA DOT Physical card.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently.
High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Ability to operate the equipment listed above, in addition to other commonly used landscaping equipment.
Work Conditions
Employees performing this job must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
