Key position that directly contributes to the success of the company, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing company's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, sales support to our inside and outside sales team, ensuring that both of their needs are met efficiently. This role will involve handling entering customer orders, confirming pricing, creating new parts in the company's ERP system, resolving complaints, and helping the company maintain positive relationships with customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Responding to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and in person.
2) Processing orders and managing order scheduling including due date changes
3) Issuing purchase orders for supply items and frames as needed
4) Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
5) Providing product information and guidance to customers
6) Collaborating with manufacturing, and other departments to address customer concerns
7) Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in companies CRM software
8) Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
9) Assisting in creating and updating customer service policies and procedures
10) Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers and team members
11) Providing support to the sales team as needed
11. Models' behaviors by demonstrating safety, quality, punctuality, teamwork, cooperation, workmanship and effective communication.
12. Ensures that customers receive their purchased product(s) and troubleshoots any issues with the product.
13. Ensures ERP / CRM systems and any documents required are completed timely and accurately, catches any errors in processing while making suggestions to assist with production.
14. Understands the need for excellent documentation and well-defined procedures.
15. Works under pressure and can adapt to differing demands with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload.
16. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to be proactive while also being able to follow instructions and provide support to the Site Manager and all other areas to maintain a cooperative atmosphere.
17. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or related industry is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is beneficial
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and customer service software systems
