Support and maintain corporate application systems for ERP, Office 365, Azure, intranet, various manufacturing systems, etc. Willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Coordinate with vendors of hardware and software to ensure that their products and services meet business needs.
- Maintain records, writing requisitions for purchasing computer equipment and software.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving assistance as needed on off hours.
- Must also be prepared to do physical work, such as lifting computers or equipment, and, if necessary, shift them to other locations. They would need to stoop, bend, and reach.
- Performs any and all duties as assigned.
- Be able to handle multiple projects with changing priorities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

- Solid knowledge of networking components. E.g. Switches, routers, servers and workstations
- Experience with enterprise backup and antivirus solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise Azure cloud environment
- Understanding of Windows server and Windows 10 and 11 workstation operating systems, Microsoft Office Applications
- Basic computer building and deployment
- Introductory experience with cloud-based technologies
- Must type a minimum of 40 Words Per Minute
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, secondary degree preferred
- Prior ERP experience in a manufacturing or related industry is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is beneficial
- Possess excellent troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills, including effective development of training and reference documtation
- Ability to facilitate change in a productive and proactive manner, maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
