Responsibilities :
- Check orders / designs for accuracy
- Filing, faxing, copying, laminating, maintaining clean displays, answering phones, calling back phone messages, typing invoices, etc.
- Greet all customers (with a smile) as they walk in and provide assistance
- Clean the showroom on a regular basis
- Obtain and maintain product knowledge on all products sold in the kitchen and bath department as well as our flooring products offered
- Know all brands offered and how to price
- Efficiently create designs and generate sales reports
- Create perspective and elevation views
- Process orders, special orders, estimates, and returns accurately and efficiently
