Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service to all customersAbility to communicate efficiently with your direct salespersonAssist the salesperson with quotes, orders, special orders, and setting up deliveries through dispatchCheck and process all orders for efficiencyElectronically file documentsAnswer phones with a smile on the first ringAdhere to all company policies and proceduresCommunicate with managers as applicable to ensure all tasks are complete and customer service is excellentMaintain best interest of the companyAny other tasks or areas of responsibility that Management or Schilling family deem appropriateCompletion of required training
