Manager Human Resources Supply Chain
Your main responsibilities
This role serves as the senior HR partner to the Supply Chain organization, inclusive of Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality, Procurement, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing Engineering. In addition to establishing partnerships with leadership and employees, this role will serve as the location HR lead.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Human Resources objectives in partnership with the Supply Chain Leadership team
- Lead the implementation and execution of HR plans and strategies to meet Supply Chain needs
- Focus on concrete actions to impact Leadership capability and Culture effectiveness, ensuring a best in class Supply Chain function
- Conduct workforce planning, job analysis, compensation delivery, career counseling, performance management, and succession planning
- Manage local operational HR processes, and partner with People Services central team to ensure optimal division of duties
- Lead and drive topics focusing on establishing and/or implementing policies, processes, tools, and systems
- Work closely with peers across the HR organization, inclusive of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent COE’s, to drive various HR processes and contribute to the overall HR strategy
- Provide pertinent input to organizational development and employee productivity improvement.
- Provide counsel to all levels of the salaried and hourly workforce
- Manage employee relations issues, inclusive of complex investigations, partnering with Legal and Compliance departments
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and data in partnership with HRIS team
- Manage, lead and develop the Sr HR Generalist and HR Sepecialist.
What you bring
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred
- 10 years’ experience in Human Resources roles with previous experience leading a team
- Ability to demonstrate Customer and Results Orientation
- Effective influencing and problem-solving skills, supporting the needed balance between supporting and challenging the business
- A practical style with a focus on People Strategies and HR operations
- Pragmatic work experience with the Senior Management team in a rapidly changing and complex work environment is preferred with an eye toward simplification and challenging the status quo
