Finisher / deburring operator Position Overview :
Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for deburring, buffing and polishing of medical device instruments.
Finisher / deburring operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow work instruction
- Use poser tools to remove fine burrs
- Use microscope to inspect your work
- Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr
- Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components
- Maintain necessary logs
- Provide necessary information to other team members and departments
- Trouble shoot minor errors
- Report job status / progress to members of management team.
- Maintain quality, safety control standards
