Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial records, and providing clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management:
- Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain AR/AP aging spreadsheets.
- Customer Portal Management: Organize and update all customer portals to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Financial Statements: Send monthly statements to customers.
- Transaction Recording: Receive and record vouchers, cash, and checks.
- Accuracy Checks: Verify accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
- Discrepancy Reconciliation: Identify and report any discrepancies found in the records.
- Financial Filing: Maintain a comprehensive financial filing system.
- Production Job Verification: Check completed production jobs for accuracy and close them in the system.
- Clerical Support: Perform general clerical work and provide interoffice support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
