Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any questions about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or other point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper handling procedures.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
