REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a restaurant Chef
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Great leadership skills
- Has to bilingual ( English and Spanish )
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
