We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced Deli environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and café areas.
• Handle food products safely, following all food handling procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Engage in sales activities, promoting menu items and specials to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• No experience needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the café or kitchen setting.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• A passion for food preparation and delivering high-quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
